Do you collaborate with brands?

Do you offer personal commissions?

I do not offer personal commissions (wedding work, hand-painted items, portraiture) at this time. 

Do you offer ____ as a print? Can I order ____ print in a different size? 

Because we order all of our prints in bulk quantities from a small printing company, we are somewhat limited in the variety/sizes of prints that we are able to offer for sale. What we have in stock currently is limited to what you see listed in our online shop. We do add new print styles and sizes throughout the year, so there is always a chance that what you’re looking for will show up in the future! Sign up for our email list to be notified of new print releases. 

Do you offer your prints wholesale? 

Due to the current size of our company, we are only able to take on a limited number of wholesale partners at this time, but we would love to hear more about your store/wholesale needs. Please email your store name, address, and print(s) of interest to info@rileysheehey.com.

Do you offer hand-painted Artwork wholesale?

Due to the time and labor it takes to hand-paint individual items (such as seashells, ribbons, ornaments, and glassware), we are unable to provide a wholesale option for anything hand-painted.

can i change my order once it had been placed?

Since all of our orders are filled by a third party, we are unable to change orders once they have been placed. If you have entered the incorrect shipping address for your order, please email us at info@rileysheehey.com and we will assist you.

do you offer gift wrap or gift messages?

Because a third party fills our orders, we are unable to include a gift message or gift wrapping.

Are you offering a trade program for wallpaper and textiles?

Yes! We are so excited to be offering a trade program and if you are a designer, we’d love for you to join! You can fill out the application here and we will get back to you with more information.

PRINTS AND ORIGINAL ARTWORK

Orders and Shipping

We ship all print orders via USPS First Class mail and all original orders via UPS Ground within 2-6 days of receiving your order. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If ten business days have gone by since you’ve received a shipping notification, please contact orders@rileysheehey.com for assistance. 

Returns and Exchanges 

All items are final sale.

WALLPAPER AND TEXTILES

Orders and returns

All of our wallpaper and fabrics are made to order and therefore all sales are final.  All orders are proforma, 100% deposit is required before shipping.  If you have any specific inquiries, please feel free to reach out to us at textiles@rileysheehey.com.

We have minimum orders of 12 square feet for wallpaper and 3 yards for fabric.  If you wish to purchase under our minimums, we charge a cutting fee of $25 that will be added to your order. 

We do not offer Cuttings for Approval (CFA) at this time as the fabrics are digitally printed.  Some color differentiation may occur between different printings and we recommend ordering all materials needed in one order. 

 

Shipping 

As our wallpaper and fabrics are made to order, there is an approximate 3 to 4 week lead time for delivery. We ship all orders of wallpaper and textiles through UPS and offer tracking. Your order will arrive rolled and protected in plastic.
